What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of downloads, no refunds will be given unless there is a billing error or you were double charged. We want to make clear, though, that we DO make EVERY effort to respond to any requests for help if you have problems downloading or viewing the clips, if that is the reason you are requesting a refund! We are an honest company that has been in business for over 10 years — and we don’t stay in business by ripping people off, so if you have a problem with your clips/order, PLEASE contact us at 505.730.9628 or support @ bondage-video-clips dot com and we WILL help you. If you send an email, make sure to check your spam filter because that is where our replies generally end up.
Please make sure your order is correct and that you do not order the same clips twice before you submit it to be processed. We WILL issue a credit if you order the same clips twice (in the same order) accidentally, however, it is best to avoid such mistakes from the beginning.

If you buy clips and then dispute the charge with your credit card company BEFORE contacting us and asking us to resolve the problem, you will be blacklisted from using any of our sites. If you lie and tell the credit card company you contacted us and you never did, you will will be blacklisted from using any of our sites.

All our downloads are on a high speed server. They are LARGE files and if you have a slow connection, it may take hours to download a 2 hour movie, for example. Most people nowadays won’t have issues, though.

If you have a question you can call us at 505-730-9628. We answer all calls and emails within 24 hours. Check your spam filter because our emails usually end up there.

I accidentally got double billed. What do I do now?
Please contact us at 505.730.9628 and we will issue a refund. You can avoid double billing by only hitting the “submit” button once.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE CLIPS?
After you checkout, you will be taken to a page with links to download your clips. NOTE: If you create an account when you checkout, you’ll be able to return ANY TIME and re-download all your orders. They do NOT expire. But if you checkout as a guest, there’s no account to return to in case you ever need to download anything again.

YOU MUST RIGHT-CLICK on the link, then select “save target as” or “save file as” to download the clips to your computer. If you don’t download the clip to your computer, it will NOT WORK! The files are too large to play off the server and they will time out. Also, if you want to keep the clips forever on your computer, you need to save them to your computer.

SOME of the older clips are zipped. (We’re working to change this, but right now, you may buy a zipped file.) If that’s the case, after the clip file is downloaded, UNZIP it with WinRar or some other zip program. Once the file is unzipped, simply double click on the video file and it will play in your media player.

How do I order clips online? 
Just add the clips to your shopping cart. Order all the clips you want and make sure that your order is correct. When you are ready to proceed and pay, simply “checkout.” You will be taken to a SECURE checkout area. (You can tell it’s secure because the URL will start with “https” instead of “http.”

You will be asked to create a user account. This is so you can log into the store at any time to download your clips! You are NOT signing up for any membership! You ONLY pay for the clips you want. We do NOT send ANYTHING to you except your receipt! You will NOT be put on any mailing list or anything else!

After you submit your info on the secure server and pay for your clips, you will be taken immediately to a page on the store with links to download your clips. It’s that easy! You have UNLIMITED days and tries to download your clips, so don’t worry if your computer dies and you need to come back to get your clips later.

Can I buy clips and have them burned on a CD and sent to me?
Yes, but you need to write or call and let us know. We have no way of knowing that you want your clips mailed to you unless you write us. Please note there is a $9.95 shipping fee to cover postage that you’ll be asked to pay first.

Do I have to use a credit card to order clips?
No, you can pay by money order, but you will not be able to download the clips until payment is received. You can get the clips immediately by using a valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, or a debit card with a VISA or Master Card logo on it. Please write or call and we can send you an order form.
