We have changed storefronts, so the old codes will no longer work. You will need to create a new profile. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to access your clips that you purchased on the OLD store, you can still access them with your old codes HERE.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of downloads, no refunds will be given unless there is a billing error or you were double charged. We want to make clear, though, that we DO make EVERY effort to respond to any requests for help if you have problems downloading or viewing the clips, if that is the reason you are requesting a refund! We are an honest company that has been in business for over 10 years -- and we don't stay in business by ripping people off, so if you have a problem with your clips/order, PLEASE contact us at 505.730.9628 or support @ bondage-video-clips dot com and we WILL help you. If you send an email, make sure to check your spam filter because that is where our replies generally end up.
Please make sure your order is correct and that you do not order the same clips twice before you submit it to be processed. We WILL issue a credit if you order the same clips twice (in the same order) accidentally, however, it is best to avoid such mistakes from the beginning.

If you buy clips and then dispute the charge with your credit card company BEFORE contacting us and asking us to resolve the problem, you will be blacklisted from using any of our sites. If you lie and tell the credit card company you contacted us and you never did, you will will be blacklisted from using any of our sites. If you're using a dial up connection and your ISP is not allowing a fast connection, then this would be a matter you should take up with your ISP, not us.
All our downloads are on a high speed server.
All clips are in large, full-screen format. They are LARGE files and if you have dial-up, it may take hours to download a clip.
You are responsible for checking this and making sure you don't have any problems downloading large files with your ISP. Some dial-up servers do make it possible to download large files, bu again, you need to check this out with your ISP!
If you have a question you can call us at 505-730-9628. We answer all calls and emails within 24 hours. Check your spam filter because our emails usually end up there.
How Does the Charge Appear on my Credit Card?

When viewing my clip all I get is sound and no picture...why?
If this happens chances are you need to use DIVX player to view the clips. All AVI's can be viewed with DIVX player. You can download DIVX player for free here:http://www.divx.com.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE CLIPS?
After you checkout, you will be taken to a page with links to download your clips.
YOU MUST RIGHT-CLICK on the link, then select "save target as" or "save file as" to download the clips to your computer. If you don't
download the clip to your computer, it will NOT WORK! The files are too large to play off the server and they will time out. Also, if you want to keep the clips forever on your computer, you need to save them to your computer.
After the clip file is downloaded, UNZIP it with Winzip, WinRar or a similar zip program. Once the file is unzipped, simply double click on the .wmv or .mpg file and it will play in your media player, such as Real Player or Windows Media Player.
NOTE: SOME of our older clips are MP4 files and will NOT play on Windows Media Player, only Real Player or Quick Time, but this is rare and only for the really old clips.

How do I order clips online?
Just add the clips to your shopping cart. Order all the clips you want and make sure that your order is correct. When you are ready to proceed and pay for your order simply click on "SHOPPING CART" and then "checkout." You will be taken to a SECURE checkout area. (You can tell it's secure because the URL will start with "https" instead of "http."
You will be asked to create a user account. This is so you can log into the store at any time to download your clips! You are NOT signing up for any membership! You ONLY pay for the clips you want. We do NOT send ANYTHING to you except your receipt! You will NOT be put on any mailing list or anything else!
After you submit your info on the secure server and pay for your clips, you will be taken immediately to a page on the store with links to download your clips. It's that easy! You have 5 tries and 7 days to download your clips, so don't worry if your computer dies and you need to come back to get your clips later.
How long does it take to download the clips?
This answer varies depending on what speed your modem is. Most of the clips are around 50 to 70MB. If you use a cable modem the clip should take approximately 10 - 20 minutes or even less!If you have dial-up, it could take hours to download a very long clip (10+ minute clips). You could lose your connection before the clip downloads, but don't worry! You can log back into the store and download again -- you have 5 attempts for each clip or 5 days. Again we can't guarantee a certain speed for everyone because that depends on your internet connection. All clips are downloaded from our high speed OC-12 line.
I never received an email confirming my clip order..why?
It is possible that you entered your email address wrong. This happens a lot and we ask that you double check when you enter your email address. Another major problem is spam filters, especially with AOL and Hotmail. Please add our email (support @ bondage-video-clips dot com) to your approved list of email addresses or just check your spam filter.
My clip order was not accepted..why?
The only reason your clip order will not be accepted is if your credit card company declines you or perhaps you entered your credit card information incorrectly. Or if you have disputed charges with us, you could be in our fraud database.
Can I buy clips and have them burned on a CD and sent to me?
No, you have to burn them onto a CD yourself once you download them to your computer.

Do I have to use a credit card to order clips?
No, you can pay by money order, but you will not be able to download the clips until payment is received. You can get the clips immediately by using a valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, or a debit card with a VISA or Master Card logo on it.
How much time do I have to download my clips?
Your clips will be available for up to 7 days and/or 5 download attempts. You can come back at any time wthin 7 days and download your clips. That is one reason why you create an account before checking out.
What format are the video clips?
Almost all the clips are ZIPPED .wmv or .mpg file format. If they are not, it will say "video file". It says on the product page if the clip is a zip file or a video file. For most of the clips, you will need a zip program, such as Winzip. For all clips, you will need a media viewer, such as Real Player, Quick Time, or Windows Media Viewer.

Can I swap or trade clips?
No. The clips are not DRM encoded so that you can burn them onto your own CDs or move them to another computer, like a laptop or when you buy a new PC. BUT all of our clips are still copyright protected and the law allows us to collect $500 per each copyright infringement. Also, if you swap or trade clips, you will be blacklisted from using all of our sites and all other bondage sites will be notified of your dishonest conduct. You wouldn't like it if someone stole from you, would you? So please don't steal from us. Just because it's on the internet does not mean it's a free-for-all! |
